The largest stonewormers at Pensin were probably four megalithic grave stones of the Neolithic funnel-beaker culture at Pensin, a district of Kletzin in the district Mecklenburgische Seenplatte (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern). They were probably destroyed in the late 19th or early 20th century. The existence of the graves was captured by Friedrich von Hagenow in the 1820s. His notes were published in 1961 by Hansdieter Berlekamp. In 1883, Boenigk was the owner of the fortress. The finds first came to Stettin and are now in the Pommerschen Landesmuseum in Greifswald. Hans-Jürgen Beier also mentions a steinkiste, which should be identical to one of the big steers. The graves were located east and northeast of Pensin. In the surrounding area, there were once many other large stones. Directly to the east were the large-carriages at Quitzerow. To the north were the large-scale drivers at Zeitlow and Wüstenfelde. The next surviving sites are the 6 km east-east-east of Großinginger at Sophienhof. Edit source text

All systems were large dolmens. Two of them were covered with a rolling stone hill. The two other tombs had a rectangular, trapezoidal, or giant bed. One of them describes Boenigk as a Kujawic grave with an approximately triangular mountain bed. It was 32 m long and at the base 6 m wide. The enclosure consisted only of small stone blocks. On the pointed side of the bed lay a single stone of over 2 m in length and about 10 tons in weight. At 7 m from the base lay the burial chamber, which Boenigk said was a small crate of sand and limestone plates with a volume of 0.7 m². Beier erroneously lists this grave as a fifth grave at Pensin, although Ewald has already taken account of Boenigk's report on his listing of four graves.

A fire-stone blade ("saw") and a lance tip made of fire stone are taken from the excavated grave. Another lance tip was found outside the tomb. Both peaks are attributable to the Late Neolithic. Edit source text
