Campanelli was able to shoot the film Peccato senza malizia, a drama with erotic inserts, according to his own book with the funds of his father, a master builder. It was his only trip to the Kinogeschäft. Previously, in 1973, he shot the almost 40-minute film La strana notte di Herman Franz in his hometown for television.
