Zdzisław Fortuniak (* 21 February 1939 in Wieszczyczyn) is a Polish clergyman and emeritus auxiliary bishop in Posen. Edit LifeQualtext

The archbishop of Posen, Antoni Baraniak SDB, consecrated him to the priest on May 26, 1963.

Pope John Paul II appointed him on 10 April 1982 as auxiliary bishop in Posen and titular bishop of Tamagrista. The Archbishop of Posen, Jerzy Stroba, gave him the bishop's ordination on 9 May of that year; Co-conspirators were the Poznań bishops Tadeusz Etter and Stanisław Napierała. His choice is Semper Tecum.
