The Ɥ (small-inscribed ɥ) is a letter of the Latin writer. The lowercase letter consists of a rotated h, but the uppercase letter was created by the lowercase letter because the large H is symmetric.
The lowercase letter ɥ represents the voiced labiopalatal approximation in the international phonetic alphabet. The uppercase letter is used for the same sound in some African languages such as the Dan. Display on the computer
