The Landesjustizkasse or the "Justizkasse" contributes to the legal costs arising for legal proceedings, wills or dunning orders. The court costs are to be reported to the Landesjustizkasse within two weeks after receipt of the cost calculation. The court costs are otherwise enforced in accordance with the Judicial Order Regulations (JBeitrO). The Landesjustizkasse is a central form of the Court of Justice; in some federal states, the duties of the Landesjustizkasse or the Court of Justice were transferred to the Landeshaupt- / Landeszentrale.
