Jasper Le Clercq
Jasper Le Clercq (* 1970) is a Dutch jazz player and composer.
Le Clercq completed a classical violin education before he came to jazz. He worked & a. with the Ro Theater, the La Pat group, with Patricio Wang, Winanda del Sur, Marc van Vught and Bart van Bongen. As a member of the string quartet Zapp! (with Oene van Geel, Friedmar Hitzer and Emile Visser) he recorded with Tom America, Ronald Douglas, Fay Claassen, Mimezine and Piet Noordijk.
He also toured with the improvisational ensembles Het Vogelkwartet and Odd & amp; Scene, the country-freejazz group Bite the Gnatze, the crossover group ZOAB and the African improvisational group M.O.T ..
He continued to compose film scores for Dialogues Interieur by Eveline Ketterings, Framed by Eva Schade and Pol of Rineke Kraai and the music for the musical Maxima by Susanne Klinkhamer. Discography Edit the source text Weblinks Edit sourcetext
