Héctor Ferrari is a former Argentine footballer, who defended both defensive midfield and defense.

Ferrari was under contract from 1944 to at least 1952 with the CA River Plate, with which he won the Argentinian Football Championship three times (1945, 1947 and 1952).
In 1953, he moved to Mexico where he played for Club América until 1959, winning the Mexican Cup competition twice (1954 and 1955).
