Rodolfo Nin Novoa (* 25 January 1948) is an Uruguayan politician.
Novoa is the oldest of 5 brothers, married and father of 4 children. He belonged to the Partido Nacional until 1994. From 5 May 1985 to 5 May 1994 he was an architect of Cerro Largo. Afterwards, the Frente Amplio was added, and the same year. Novoa was Senator from 2000 to 2005 and was then Vice-President of Uruguay with the election of Tabaré Vázquez.
