Heinrich August Ferdinand Thilo

Thilo studied jurisprudence after attending the Maria-Magdalena-Gymnasium in Breslau. During his studies, he became a member of the Old Breslau Arminia Society in 1828. From 1842 to 1850 he was a district secretary at the district council of Münsterberg. In 1848 he was elected Deputy for the Prussian Constitutional Assembly, and for several weeks he represented the first deputy in Parliament. In 1850 he became mayor of Münsterberg, elected mayor in 1853. He retired in 1881. Edit source text
