Bread
Cut mold bread. Machine for cutting bread.
Mold bread, loaf bread, square bread, bread loaf, sandwich bread, chopped bread or box bread is a type of bread that is characterized by having a very soft texture and being sold commonly in slices. It tends to be much more tender than the rest of the breads. Its content in fats is greater than the common bread, since unlike the latter, it usually carries butter or other fats.
You can buy it in virtually all supermarkets in industrial format, and there are also bakeries that make them by hand.
There are many varieties: white bread, whole wheat bread, without rind, with cereals, potatoes, multigrain, black, butter, etc.
Trademark popularization in some countries is known as pan lactal (Argentina) or pan bimbo (Spain and Mexico) Notes
