Revolut
Revolut is a British company of Fintech, which proposes free financial and banking services for individuals. Founded on June 23, 2014 by Nikolay Storonsky and Vlad Yatsenko, Revolut proposes, through its mobile application, numerous free services such as paying in foreign currencies without the fees and commissions that traditional banks charge for such transactions. This thanks to its associated Master Card.
Services
Revolut offers its users online banking services, without account management fees. Purchases abroad, exchange of pounds sterling, dollars, euros or any other currency are totally free. Revolut proposes a totally free payment card, the MasterCard card that is used around the world. However, unlike a traditional bank, Revolut does not offer the possibility of making loans, or having a credit, or insurance. It also does not offer the possibility of opening a savings account.
Revolut proposes two cards to enroll: a physical Mastercard or a virtual card in your online account. Thanks to its mobile application, Revolut also allows the transfer of money between bank accounts or between users without any commission or fee. Révolut proposes international transfers totally free in 23 different currencies.
In March 2017, the company creates a premium amount with all credit and insurance options via Mastercard coverage (repatriation, risk insurance, flight, etc. This option costs € 80 per year). > Notes and Related Articles *
