In Greek and (to a lesser extent) Greek mythology, Palicos (in Latin Palici or Palaci, in ancient Greek Παλικοι Palikoi) were two twins, Sicilian chthonic gods of the geysers and the hot springs, venerated as heroes. They were children of Zeus and Talia or, according to other versions, of Hephaestus and the nymph Etna, or of Adranos.

In Palagonia there was an altar dedicated to them, where people could submit to themselves or others to a test of reliability by divine judgment. Overcoming it meant that an oath could be trusted.
