Beat Bolliger
Beat Bolliger (* July 28, 1941 - July 5, 2008) was a Swiss chef.

Beat Bolliger first graduated from the Zurich hotel "Carlton Elite". This was followed by training and further education in France and the USA and with Frédy Girardet, Max Kehl and Hans Stucki. He was then a cook at the parental hotel "Alpina" in Klosters. In 1981, he and his wife Gabi opened the hotel "Walserhof", known through Prince Charles, in Klosters in Graubünden.
