In the meantime, Glasser continued to record success as a songwriter. He wrote hits for Gene Vincent (I Got It), Janis Martin (All Rightbaby) and Dale Hawkins (Babybaby). At a sublabel of Chess Records, Glasser took up again under his normal name in 1957. In the coming years, he was under contract with various labels, as was the Columbia Records from 1958 and a short stay at Silver Records. His three brothers Ted, Jerry and Bob had also started a career as a musician and performed as The Three G's. Now and then Glasser accompanied his brothers on their recording on the guitar. At the Liberty Records, Glasser was able to land his first and probably the only real hit in Australia. From 1964 Glasser withdrew from the active music business, instead he worked as a producer for the next few years. He produced Duane Eddy's hit Niki Hoeky. Over the next few years, he has worked as a producer at Dobson Records and as an A & R manager at Warner Bros. Records.
