America Fútbol Club or América FC was a professional soccer club, established in the city of Puerto La Cruz. Formerly known as EF San Tomé. He participated in the Venezuelan Second Division 2007/08, season that began with the Apertura 2007 Tournament where he only achieved 1 point and he scored 55 goals, one of the worst streaks in the history of the silver category of Venezuelan football. Due to the terrible performance in the Apertura, he desists to participate in the Clausura Tournament and therefore descends to the Second Division B of Venezuela. Stadium
