New Present - Magazine for Media Journalism

Neue Gegenwart is a multi-award-winning German online magazine for media journalism published by Björn Brückerhoff since 4 July 1998. Until January 31, 2006, it was entitled "The Present. Online Magazine for Media Journalism ". It will appear every three months starting in 2006.

The magazine deals with monothematic issues with media themes. In each issue, authors publish their media-critical reports, essays and glosses from the fields of politics, society, science, business, culture and abroad. The focus is on media journalism. In each issue, experts from science or practice will discuss the topic from their fields of expertise.

On June 22, 2004, publisher and founder Björn Brückerhoff was awarded the Grimme Online Award for Publicity Quality for his magazine. On March 2, 2004, he received the Lead Award in Gold and the Lead Award on March 9, in silver. Weblinks Edit sourcetext
