The Marquis of Mozobamba del Pozo is a Spanish noble title granted on April 4, 1735 with the previous viscondado Totora in favor of Domingo López del Pozo, corregidor of Huamanga, in regard to its quality and services. >
The denomination refers to the old hacienda of Mozobamba in Andahuaylas, Apurímac.

In 1996, the son of the last head of the marquisate, Rafael José Gutiérrez de Calderón, requested the succession of the title. That same year, a court in Madrid asked for the referral of the file that granted the rehabilitation of 1982, and the following year, the Provincial Court of Madrid declared the commission of the crime of falsification of public documents. In 2006, the Ministry of Justice declared void the succession letter that rehabilitated the title in favor of Jose Fernando Gutierrez de Calderón.
