Liang Yu Sheng
Liang Yu Sheng, also known as Leung Yue Sang, (Guangxi, April 5, 1924 - Sydney, January 22, 2009), was a a Chinese writer of martial arts novels. Biography
It is unknown exactly the year of his birth, some sources cite in 1922, others in 1924 or 1926.
From the real name Chen Wen Tung, Liang settled in Hong Kong in 1949, working in the early years in a local newspaper. His first novel, Long Hu Dou Jing Hua (lit. The dragon fights the tiger in Jing Hua), serialized in the same newspaper, was so successful that Liang decided to devote himself to the wuxia novels. The most famous series by the author is known as "El monte del cielo", which includes the novels Siete Espadas (made in 1959 and in 2005) and La novia de blanco blanco (made in 1959 and 1980). 1993); as well as The Jade Bow (made in 1966). In total Liang wrote 36 novels, some of them being brought to the movies and television with great success.
He died, by natural causes, in Sydney on January 22, 2009. List of films based on Liang's novels
