Kempf trained at the TBG Neulußheim until she moved to the federal base in Fellbach in 2009. At the 2010 German Championships she could not start because of injuries. The next year, she won all the competitions she won at the German Championships in the age class of the 14-year-olds and became the German youth champion in the competition, with the tire, the ball, the clubs and the band. In 2012, Anastasia Kempf was once again able to secure the German youth championship in the competition, with the tire, the ball and the band, with the clubs she became second. Kempf took part in the team competition with Kristina Durbanova at the Junior European Championships, finishing eleventh place. Kempf came in 15th place with the ball, with the band reaching eleven.
In 2013, Anastasia Kempf was appointed to the National Team Group of Senior Citizens, and with the newly formed group, including Judith Hauser, Anastasija Khmelnytska, Daniela Potapova, Sara Radman and Rana Tokmak, More and more in the knockout stages.
