Otoro

Otoro (Greek, Ὄθορος) was an ancient Greek city on the Chalcidice peninsula.

Belonged to the League of Delos since it appears in the records of tributes to Athens between the years 448/7 and 434/3 a. C., as well as in the tax assessment decree of the year 422/1 a. C. It is probable that it was one of the cities of the Chalcidice peninsula that rebelled against Athens in the year 432 a. But its exact location is unknown, although it has also been suggested that it may have been located near Metone.
