Hurtado River

The Hurtado River is a short river in Chile, one of the sources of the Limarí River. It was born in the Coquimbo Region (Chile) of the confluence of several ravines from the Andes, approximately 30.26º south latitude and 71º west longitude.
It runs north-west in general direction until reaching the Recoleta reservoir, and then continues to the town of Villa Seca, located 4 km northeast of Ovalle, where it joins the Rio Grande, which together become known as the Limarí River until its mouth the Pacific Ocean.
