The regional court of Bern-Mittelland is a Swiss court of first instance based in Berne. It is one of four regional courts in the canton of Berne and as such is responsible for all criminal disputes in its jurisdiction, which is equivalent to the administrative region of Bern-Mittelland. The official language is German.
