Marco Folio Flaccinátor (in Latin, Marcus Folius C. M. M. Flaccinator) was a politician and military Roman from the fourth century BC. C. Public career
He was magister equitum of the dictator Cayo Menio, for the first time in 320 a. C., according to the Fasti; but, according to Livy, in 312 a. Both the dictator and Flaccinátor resigned their magistracies when being accused of illicit association against the Republic and both were judged by the consuls and honorably acquitted.
Flaccinátor was consul in 318 a. C. and magister equitum for the second time in 314 a. C., according to the Fasti, of the dictator Cayo Menio; but, according to Tito Livio, of the dictator Cayo Petelio Libón that same year.
