Anna von Lucam (born Anna Egger, born July 18, 1840 in Vienna, Austria, died May 17, 1921 in Kalksburg) was an Austrian social worker and promoter of the employment of women. She was the President of the Viennese Women's Workers' Association and his honorary member.
In 1862 Anna Egger married the bank expert Carl von Lucam (1826-1907); the banker Wilhelm of Lucam (1820-1900) was her brother-in-law. In 1866 the Women's Workers' Association was founded in Vienna. His aim was to support the employment of girls and women. Anna von Lucam was elected to the board of the club in 1874. In 1893, she became vice president, from 1894 to 1897 she represented him as president. For more than 20 years, she led the coffers of the association and initiated the founding of a machine-knitting school and the cooking school.
