Achike Onochie (Onochie Lawrence "Larry" Achike; * 31. January 1975 in London Borough of Islington) is a britischer Dreispringer.
He became junior world champion in Lisbon in 1994.
In the qualifying stages of the European Athletics Championships in Budapest in 1998, he qualified for England at the Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur.
He finished eleven at the 1999 World Championships in Seville, at the Olympic Games in Sydney in Sydney, and at the World Championship in Edmonton in Seventh.
A seventh place at the 2006 Olympics in Gothenburg followed a seventh place at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. In 2009, he defeated the World Cup in Berlin in the preliminary round. In 2010 he became seventh at the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi.
