Tetrabrachium ocellatum

Tetrabrachium ocellatum is a species of Lophiiformes fish, closely related to true toad fish. It is the only member of its kind. Like the true toad fish, it is a small fish, no more than 7 centimeters (2.8 inches) in length, with a flattened body and thin skin. It has prehensile pectoral fins, which help it move along the sea floor, giving it its "four-armed" appearance. It lives in shallow water, about 50 meters (160 feet) deep, on the coasts of New Guinea, Indonesia and Australia.
