Noël Delaquis received priest ordination on 5 June 1958.
Pope Paul VI. appointed him Bishop of Gravelbourg on 3 December 1973. The archbishop of Saint-Boniface, Maurice Baudoux, gave him the bishop's ordination on the 3rd of February next year; Co-conspirators were Aimé Décosse, Altbishop of Gravelbourg, and Michael Cornelius O'Neill, Regina's senior bishop.
He resigned from office on 10 April 1995. After the dissolution of his former bishopric, Pope John Paul II appointed him on 10 April 1995 as titular bishop of Gravelbourg. Delaquis joined the order community of the Trappists and took up the profession on 29 June 2008. Weblinks Edit sourcetext
