Fernando Álvarez de Toledo Portugal The Santo (1597 - 1621) was the V Count of Oropesa in 1619, by assignment of his grandfather, I Marquis de Jarandilla, title created by King Felipe III of Spain, on March 8 1599, II Marquess of Frechilla and Villarramiel and IV count of Deleytosa.

Fernando married Mencía de Pimentel Zúñiga, daughter of the VIII counts V Dukes of Benavente from whose union were born two sons: Juan Álvarez de Toledo Portugal and Duarte Fernando Álvarez de Toledo. Bibliography
