Palace of the Condors

The Palace of the Condors of Maracaibo (Venezuela), originally known as the Casa Mayor, is located in front of Plaza Bolívar. Its construction began in 1841 and was completed in 1868 to be subsequently rebuilt in 1929; it was then that he received the name he is currently carrying as part of the remodeling of the structure.

It operated in the time of the Spanish Colony as the prison of the city.
