Magdalena Środa (born 7 January 1957 in Warsaw) is a Polish philosopher, professor of ethics at the University of Warsaw and a liberal feminist. She is also a publicist of "Gazeta Wyborcza". In the years 2004-2005 she was a plenipotent for the equal treatment of women and men in the government of Marek Belka.

She studied Philosophy 1976-1981 at the University of Warsaw, 1981-1982 she wrote her PhD thesis. From 1982-1991 she was initially an assistant, then as an adjunct at the Chair of Ethics of the Institute of Philosophy of the Warsaw University. Currently, she is an extraordinary professor.

Magdalena Środa is a member of the Committee for Ethics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
