Fermín Manso de Zúñiga and Echevarría (...- Logroño, December 14, 1886) was a Spanish Engineer of Roads Channels and Ports during the nineteenth century. He was the first engineer of public works in the service of the Province of Logroño, designing the currently emblematic iron and stone bridges of the Riojan capital. It was named after a walk in the town of Logroño, along the banks of the Ebro.
