Laureà Dalmau i Pla

Laureà Dalmau i Pla (Agullana, Girona, 1886-Gerona, 1969) was a doctor and Spanish politician.

He was a member of the Catalan Republican Party, member of the Diputación de la Generalidad (1931) and deputy to the Parliament of Catalonia by Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya (1932). He was a member of the health sub-unit of the Advisory Council of the Generalitat of Catalonia. He exiled in Perpignan and Montpellier in 1939 and returned to Gerona in 1948.

He is also the father of the doctor and politician Francesc Dalmau i Norat.
