Cottage Park Yates Club

The Yacht Club of Cottage Park (English-speaking and officially Park Cottage Yacht Club) is a yacht club located in Winthrop, Massachusetts. History

It was founded in 1902 when the ferry service between Boston and the Winthrop Cottage Park Hotel was suspended, and a group of local businessmen purchased the abandoned boardwalk to set up a club there. The facilities were expanded and the current headquarters were completed in 1928.

His sailor Tomas Hornos won the Snipe World Championship in 2007.
