The building is located in the Old Town of Gernröder, east of the St. Cyriakus church and is listed as a vicarage in the local list of monuments. Architecture and history

The two-storey villa-like building was built in 1910 as a parsonage in the style of historicism. As ornamental forms come elements of different stylespaces, from the middle age up to the early modern age to the employment. There are cubic capitals and window profiles. On the half-timbered house of the house ships were used. The ground plan of the plastered house is irregular. The façade is divided by red sandstone stones.
