Ga Anyen Dampa, or Ga Anyen, Dampa Künga Dragpa, was a great cleric of the Sakya School of Tibetan Buddhism , He was a student of Sakya Pandita (1182-1251) and Phagpa (1235-1280). He was the brother of the tribal prince Atro Palgye, who ruled over eighteen tribes of the region of Garje.

In 1268, he founded the Kelsang Monastery (bskal bzang dgon), an important monastery of the Sakya school in the eastern Tibetan Thridu (Chidu, Qinghai).
