Marlon Palharini Gonzalez (Jandaia do Sul, Brazil, February 3, 1984) is a male volleyball player. He has dual nationality, Brazilian of birth and Spanish of family origin.

At 1.94 m high attacker-receiver plays. 156 times international with the men's national team of Spain, among which I form part of the team that fires the 2010 FIVB Men's World Championship in Italy.
