Vincenz Repeatedly
Friedrich Vincenz Wiederholt (born January 22, 1883 in Nörten-Hardenberg, Germany, 19 November 1963) was a German businessman and entrepreneur.
In 1918 Holzwegede, together with Hugo Mayweg, repeatedly founded Mayweg & Repeated metal goods factory. They settled the new company on the site of the former coal mine Freiberg. In 1935 Hugo Mayweg left and Vincenz Wiederholt led the company under the name of V.W. Vincenz Works Repeat. Four subsidiary companies, V.W. Eisenwerk Caroline GmbH, the V.W. Gartenschmuck GmbH, Rohr + Bandstahl Handelsgesellschaft mbH and Rohrwerk Haltern GmbH. After the Second World War the V.W. Works among the first enterprises of Westdeutschland, which engaged themselves in the social housing construction. After the death of Wiederholt his daughter Helga Becker took over the management. Her son sold the company to the American company PTCAlliance in the late 1990s. Edit source text
