Peggy Porschen
Peggy Porschen (* 1976 in Düren) is a German confectioner, baker and author. She is known as the baker of the stars because when Elton John, Gwyneth Paltrow, Rowan Atkinson or Stella McCartney celebrate, she delivers cakes and pastries.
Porschen grew up in Merzenich. After completing her high school diploma in 1995 at the Gymnasium St. Angela in Düren, she worked as a stewardess for two years. Then in 1998 she attended the cooking school Le Cordon Bleu in the French Pâtisserie. At first she worked with reputable caterers. Later, she became self-employed with the "Peggy Porschen Cakes" cake workshop. It offers not only cakes, but also biscuits and biscuits. She has already appeared in the Kochshow with Johannes B. Kerner. Porsch also teaches junior children and publishes books.
