Lokalize with an open PO file

Lokalize is a graphical tool for KDE for editing and managing gettext PO files. It helps with translations of documentation and GUIs. In detail, Lokalize has an integrated spell checker and a glossary. It uses translation memory and automates the transfer of translations into similar translation files so that translations of different versions of a software can be adapted simultaneously.
