Anneliese Kerler
Anneliese Kerler (* 15 March 1925 in Bayersried as Anneliese Rothermel, † 12 May 1996) was a German farmer and politician.
Anneliese Kerler attended the Volksschule and the girls' center school of the convent Ursberg and finished the school run with the middle maturity. She gained experience in agriculture in the parental enterprise. At the BBV's "Bauernschule", she taught the external apprenticeship, the assistant examination, and finally the master's examination in rural housekeeping in 1961. She farmed the farm until 1988, when she handed it over to her son.
Kerler was already active in the Bavarian Farmers' Union at a young age, she was also the girl's representative of the Catholic Youth. As a land youth translator, she belonged to the presidency of the BBV. She was local woman, deputy Kreisbäuerin in the district of Krumbach, district administrator of Swabia and deputy Landesbaufrau. It also belonged to the Land Committee on Educational Policy Issues, the Advisory Board of the BBV Education Center and the Media Council of the Bavarian State Center for New Media. Politically, she became a member of the circle, starting in 1956 in the district of Krumbach, after the circle reform in the district of Günzburg. From 1970 to 1992 she was lay judge at the youth court. From 1977 to 1983 and again from 1987 to 1992, she belonged to the Bavarian Senate for the group of agriculture and forestry.
