The notary specialist is a specialist title in the notarial area, employees with responsible activities. The second level of advanced training provides the necessary knowledge, skills and experience for notarial assistants to independently prepare and manage all notarial activities. This examination is usually a prerequisite for office work.

The training program lasts approximately 16 months. It is divided into a total of 6 weekly courses of 40 lessons each. The training shall conclude with a four-day written and oral exam.
