The Heilmann'sche real estate company A.-G. was a leading real estate company based in Munich. It was built by the builder Jakob Heilmann, the construction company Heilmann & amp; Littmann as well as 6 other persons and was registered on 14 April 1897 in the trade register of the royal court Munich I. The chairman of the board of directors was initially Jakob Heilmann, and from 1901 his co-worker Rudolf Rosa.

From 1899, their shares were listed on the stock exchange in Munich and from 1905 on the stock exchange in Berlin. Around the time of Jakob Heilmann's death on February 15, 1927, the companies of the Heilmann Group were consolidated because of liquidity bottlenecks. Heilmann'sche Immobilien-Gesellschaft AG increased equity capital, changed its name to Heilmann & amp; Littmann Building and Real Estate Company A.-G. and took over the construction business Heilmann & amp; Littmann G.m.b.H. in Munich, Nuremberg and Berlin as well as six Terrain companies and the civil engineering and iron concrete company m.b.H. Munich, Germany. The company merged with Sager & amp; Woerner went to Heilit + Woerner Bau-AG and finally went to the insolvent Walter Bau AG in 2000.
