Jeremiah Francis Minihan (* 21. Juli 1903 in Haverhill, Massachusetts, USA; † 14. August 1973) war Weihbischof in Boston.

On May 21, 1954 Pope Pius XII appointed him. the titular bishop of Paphus and the auxiliary bishop in Boston. The Archbishop of Boston, Richard Cushing, gave him the bishop's ordination on the 8th of September of that year; The co-conspirators were the Bishop of Worcester, John Joseph Wright, and Bishop of Raleigh, Vincent Stanislaus Waters.
