Canlaón (Cebuano and Ilongo: Kanlaon) is a Philippine city in the province of Negros Oriental. According to the 2000 census, it has 46,548 inhabitants in 9302 households. Canlaón is located 168 km from the provincial capital Dumaguete. It limits to the east with Vallehermoso and to the south with Guihulngán.
