District Court Dresden
The District Court of Dransfeld was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Dransfeld.
After the revolution of 1848, the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Hanover was separated from the administration and patrimonial jurisdiction abolished. The District Court was then established by the Ordinance of August 7, 1852, concerning the formation of the administrative courts and the lower administrative authorities, as a Royal Hanover court. It included the office of Dransfeld. The District Court was subordinate to the Supreme Court of Göttingen. It was abolished in 1859 and assigned its court district to that of the District Court of Muenster. Single-level Edit source text Officials in the upper court district of Göttingen
