Breguet Br.905S

The Breguet Br 905S Fauvette (German: Grasmücke) is a glider of the French company Breguet. The first flight took place on 15 April 1957. More than 50 specimens were built, most of which were destroyed or scrapped because of loose adhesive joints between wood and metal (fuselage section made of steel tubing with plastic cladding, load-bearing timber with partial fabric covering, tailplane with V-tail of plywood shells). In 1959 the British admiral Nick Goodhart flew a 625 km track record with the plane. Technical data Edit source text
