Triadic prime number

A triadic prime number (3-way prime or triadic prime) is a prime number, capicua in some numbering system and also symmetrical along the horizontal line in which its digits are written (reason by which its digits can only be 0, 1, 3 and 8 in the decimal base).

C. W. Trigg called them reflectable palindromes.

In the binary system, all capicuous prime numbers are triadic, whereas in major-numbered systems it is not. Example
