Rudolf Klinger

After his Abitur, Klinger made the first and 1963 the 2nd state exams for the Lehramt at the Gymnasium in the subjects of English and Sports. In 1973, he was appointed Director-General of the Senefelder School in Treuchtlingen.
In 1966, Klinger became a municipal council in Pleinfeld and in 1970 he became chairman of the CSU. In 1973 he became second mayor, also in Pleinfeld. In 1978 he became a member of the Kreissags Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen, from 1984 to 1987 he was deputy district councilor. From 1986 to 2003, he was always directly elected in the voting circle Weißenburg-Stadt und Land, Gunzenhausen in the Bavarian Landtag. Klinger was Secretary of State for Science and Art in the Cabinet of Stoiber II.
