The complaint rate is an indicator (early indicator) that indicates the statistical number of goods or services with errors. This rate reflects the level of customer satisfaction as well as the service quality of the company (delivery speed, consulting quality, support service, ...). This key figure can also be used to determine the costs (conversion, reduction, exchange, repair, penalties) incurred by the company over a period of time:
