Freddie Miller
Freddie Miller (born April 3, 1911 in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, May 8, 1962) was an American featherweight boxer. Edit professional source text
On April 1, 1927, with a classic knock-out victory in round 3 against Bill Barnes, he gave his professional career. On 13 January, in 1933, he became world champion of the NBA Association (the NBA was renamed WBA in 1962) when he defeated Tommy Paul over 10 rounds of divided point deciding. He was also regarded as a universal world champion. He was able to defend the title several times and lost him against Petey Sarron in May of 1936.
